Just wait for it to load ... had the same prob today i waited and than it worked itll take a long time to load a couple of tiems after that itll work normally

i will install it again and i hope i can play it again

... my friend had the same problem but he had it running for 3 days straight he forgot to shut down the pc

Or install new graphic driver!

If you have any other games try running them if they work at normal graphs that u use than the prob probably wont be the graphic driver .. try a re-install cod 4 in that case
