Commander:


-The highest rank in the clan.
-Total control in all clan related things
-Promotes Generals if required.

Consigliere:

-retired leaders / founder members of {EWZ}
- consigliere is an adviser or counselor to clan leader, with the additional responsibility of representing the leader in important meetings within the leaders and with other clans. The consigliere is a close, trusted friend and confidant, the mob's version of an elder statesman. He is devoid of ambition and dispenses disinterested advice.
-They can kick members from servers and the clan if necessary.

General of the Army and General:




-They manage their specific gametype in absence of their specific Commander
-They report directy to the Commander.
-Promotes Colonels and Generals if required.
-Can recruit members and promote them to any rank.
-They can kick members from servers and the clan if necessary.
-Maintain the forums and servers.

Lieutenant General:



-Promoted to this rank by the Commander.
-Have overall control on the section he or she is Commander in and reports to a Commander
-Their responsibiltiy is to control everything associated with their specific section.
-Promotes Generals and Colonels if required.
-Can recruit members and promote them to any rank, except Commander
-They can kick members from servers and the clan if necessary
-Maintain the forums and servers.

Major General



Brigadier General




Promoted to this rank by a Commander.
-Have overall control on the games he or she is General in and reports to any Commander
-Have admin rights on forum and servers.
-Their responsibiltiy is to control everything associated with their specific gametype.
-Promotes Colonels if required.
-Can recruit members and promote them to any rank, except Commander
-They can kick members from servers and the clan if necessary
-Maintain the forums and servers

Colonel:




Lieutenant Colonel:



-Promoted to this rank by a Commander
-The Colonel is the replacer of the Commander or General when he or she is away
-They control servers and forum
-They can kick members from servers and the clan if necessary
-They are responsible for recruitment + training
-They enforce discipline in their specific game and forum
-Can promote Captains and they can recruit new members.
-They report directly to the Commander

Major

Technical Specialist Section

Technical Specialist Officer



Acting Technical Specialist Officer



TSO's are the specialists of the clan, working behind the scenes to keep the lights on and the games running. TSO's have multiple skills but their speciality is shown in brackets after their rank. The three specialisations are Communications, Servers and Forums.


Captain:



-Promoted to this rank by a Colonel
-They are responsible for recruitment + training
-They enforce discipline in their specific game and forum
-Can Promote, Lieuteants, Sergeants, Privates and they can recruit new members.
-They report directly to the Colonel.

First Lieutenant:



-Promoted to this rank by a Colonel or Captain.
-They also enforce discipline in their specific game
-They can recruit new members but must always inform the Captain or Colonel first.
-They report directly to the Captains or Colonel


Second Lieutenant:



-Junior Officer
-Promoted to this rank by a Colonel or Captain.
-They also enforce discipline in their specific game
-They can recruit new members but must always inform the Captain or Colonel first.
-They report directly to the Captains or Colonel

Engineer:



-Promoted to this rank by Commanders or a Colonel
-They are the brains of this clan, smart people who can guide you through problems on soft- and hardware.


Sergeant:



-Promoted to this rank by a Captain or higher rank.
-The Sergeants are the "eyes and ears" of the clan.
-They are experienced players
-They report directly to the Lieutenants.

Corporal:



-Promoted to this rank by a Captain or higher rank.
-Members who are maturing and becoming experienced.
-They report to the Sergeants.

Private:



-These are members who just want to play their game, a possible promotion can be achieved if their skills match our vision.
-Privates are the soul of the clan, their involvement is most important.

Recruits:

-Recruits are future members of EWZ, they are usually on a trial period + need to prove themselves worthy of wearing the EWZ tag into combat
