Well i have been working night and day on this wad i dont know if anyone remembers me metioning it before but it has gone trough graet proggres with just some ammazing maps thanks to some help from kobo who is my tester.

i hav stoped all progress of levels for now to start from the begining, again, and change it to skulltag/plutonia format make it deathmatch compatible and add new monsters and wepons along with new textures

Lets say i want to make a server, where only

The skinset that is allowed to wear is: Bright

And i want to diable the posibility to change by ingamevoting.

Pls Gimme the working and tested code...

That the INformation i have from EMZ:

To prevent players from voting a new Skin Set set bit 9 of g_VoteFlags (+512).

If you want to allow some voting leave bit 9 of g_VoteFlags clear but set the bits of emz_cs_skin_flags as follows:

bit 0 +1 Default

bit 1 +2 Bright ...
